Ithaa Undersea Restaurant of Maldives

Ithaa Restaurant, the world’s first underwater restaurant, completed in 2005. The Ithaa undersea restaurant is six meters below sea level off Conrad Maldives Rangali Island in Rangalifinolhu, Maldives. The restaurant has a capacity of 12 people. It offers lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to midnight.

This is a fine dining restaurant, but it is a tourist attraction as well. This is a one-of-a-kind restaurant where diners are surrounded by glass, which provides a unique view of marine life while dining. the restaurant has a “smart” dress code and the menu does change seasonally.

To celebrate the anniversary the restaurant is offering guests the chance to not only eat under the sea but sleep under it as well. The 12-seat restaurant will be converted to a private bedroom suite for two, complete with private champagne dinner and breakfast in bed.
The underwater hotel room equipped for two has a 360 degree view of the ocean so night and day you can watch all your favorite marine animals swimming about in their natural environment! Instead of counting sheep to fall asleep, just count clown fish in this underwater hotel room.
